Most recently, Dr. Hagerman lent her expertise to the Oldfields School where she served as Head of School; following 5 years spent as Associate Head of School. At the Oldfields School, the oldest women’s boarding school in Maryland, Dr. Hagerman oversaw the school’s day to day operation in addition to the well-being of all her students. Over the course of her career, Dr. Hagerman has provided advice and guidance to hundreds of students as they prepare for the future. Because admissions is so critical to the overall health of any school, Dr. Hagerman can provide day and boarding schools with more tools for a desired outcome.

Dr. Hagerman has also spent time working with a consulting firm that focused on assisting students of Asian descent; providing students with resources and placement into colleges and independent schools in the United States. Prior, Dr. Hagerman was involved with the admissions process at Harvard Business School as well as serving as Vice President – Academic Affairs of ConnectEdu, Inc., a Boston-based company providing online educational solutions as a “go to college” platform.
